If you have not registered for hire you will be directed to register before payment, please use the first time user prompt if you have not registered previously.

You are requested to order and pay online. Preferred payment may be made by Mastercard and Visa. If you do not have a Credit Card or have access to one, please use the manual order form at the bottom of the page, print your order and come into Academic Dress Hire to pay by EFTPOS. All Academic Dess items must be pre-ordered and pre-paid. Orders will not be processed without payment. Orders and payments must be received two weeks prior to you date of graduation.
Gown Return and Refunds
Please return the academic dress to the collection point within one hour of your ceremony finishing. Late return of the gowns may result in forfeiture of the deposit and failure to return academic dress may incur legal action. Lost or damaged items will be replaced at your expense. Your refundable deposit will be paid to you by cheque upon the return of your gown. Cash refunds cannot be made.
