Other than during UQ graduation periods, we are happy to supply academic regalia to students or members of the public for photographs or other ceremonies on specially arranged terms. Casual hire prices are set out below with an additional charge for freight where required. The hire charge normally cover 24 hours which can be extended when goods are required to be posted.
A bond is payable as security for the hire, which is fully refunded on return of the regalia in good condition. All casual hire payments must be paid in full before dispatch or at time of pick up.

Terms & Conditions of Hire:
Responsibility: The customer is financially responsible for regalia from the time it leaves Academic Dress Hire premises to its return to Academic Dress Hire premises in the condition in which it was delivered. Damage to regalia will be charged to the customer.
Rental Period: The hire charge normally cover 24 hours. For rentals involving postage or shipping the usual rental period is seven days.
Delivery: Delivery costs are charged to the customer. Where a particular courier or method of delivery is not specified, Academic Dress Hire Service will use either Australia Post or Couriers Please. The customer remains financially responsible for goods during delivery.
